CANCELLATION POLICY

At Dante’s Studio, you & your time are valued as well as your choice to choose Dante as your stylist. Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule last minute or no show, it is very difficult to fill your appointment time with another guest last minute.

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 20% of the service that is booked. & no shows will be 50% of the service booked. Dante does understand that sickness and emergencies do happen and he is very understanding of that. Just please be sure to let him know and contact as soon as possible.
